Shipping and Delivery
How long will it take my order to ship?
- Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed and an additional 5-7 business days for delivery. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. We process and ship orders 7 days a week to get you your order as soon as possible. If you require further assistance or need to alter your order information please email us with your order # and inquiry.
What is the shipping carrier do you use?
- Typically, all domestic and international orders are shipped by USPS. If USPS is not available in your region, we will ship via UPS. All orders receive a tracking number which can be used to stay up to date with your delivery information. Once an item is shipped we are unable to intercept a package or change the mailing address as we can and will only ship the address originally provided during check out.
We are not responsible for any stolen, lost, or damaged packages.
Returns
Please review the return guidelines below to determine if your purchased items are eligible for a return. We offer free 30-day returns for all customers in the US. Shipping fees are non-refundable. The return window starts from the day the shipment is delivered.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage.
- Items returned by mail must be in all original packaging (tags, box, and pouch included).
- No individual item of a set can be returned for refund, store credit, or size exchange; the complete set must be returned.
